Cancellation:
1. As a general rule Buyer shall not be entitled to cancel Order once placed. Buyer may choose to cancel Order only within Ten-minute of the Order being placed.
2. If you have meal subscription: on cancellation of any day meal then it will not be counted in 30 days.
Meal subscription cancellation: Person can cancel there subscription any time(If he cancels before 15days so 15 days refund is applicable. If he cancles after 15 days then refund is not applicable)
3. If you cancel your order after it has been confirmed, Niwala shall have a right to charge you cancellation fee of a minimum INR 75.
4. No cancellation after the rider out for dilevery.
Refunds:
You will be eligible for a refund if you choose to pre-pay for your order at the time of placing it on the Platform, under the circumstances outlined below:
-If the packaging of your order appears to have been tampered with or damaged upon delivery.
We may need to cancel your order for the following reasons:
a. Your delivery location falls outside our designated delivery zones.
b. We were unable to reach you by phone or email to confirm the order booking.
c. You decide to cancel the order upon confirmation due to the unavailability of the items you requested at the time of booking.
If you receive the wrong order or find items missing from your delivery, please inform us promptly.
